Florida's Oldest Nudist Resort Lake Como Family Nudist Resort has been part of the Lutz and Land O' Lakes area since 1941, making it the oldest nudist resort in Florida. It began as the Florida Athletic and Health Association and was reorganized in 1997 as Lake Como Co-op, a member-owned community that today is home to more than 100 nudist residents.
