Soft washing for roofs and siding, real pressure saved for concrete: that is the working rule at Foothills Exterior Cleaning. The black streaks on so many of our Upstate roofs are algae, not dirt, and Foothills guarantees its roof cleaning streak-free for three years. The same team clears gutters, cleans exterior windows and solar panels, lifts rust and graffiti, and installs Christmas and permanent lighting.
Wayne Clark started the company in 2020 as a side business and later left a corporate career to run it full time. It is locally owned, not a franchise, and works for homeowners, HOAs, churches, and storefronts across Simpsonville, Five Forks, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, and Easley. The reviews tell a consistent story: the crew arrives when promised, replies come fast, and Wayne is often the one customers thank by name.
