Southedge doesn't subcontract its painting. Every painter is on staff, background-checked, and trained by owner Mike Sanchez, a military veteran who founded this family business in 2022 under its original name, L&J Painting.
The work runs from interior and exterior painting for homes and businesses to cabinet refinishing and staining for decks, doors, and log homes. Each job comes with a written agreement covering the prep and the products, and the two-year warranty stretches to five years with premium paint or a second coat.
Crews work across Greenville County, from Mauldin and Simpsonville to Greer, Taylors, and Travelers Rest, and into Pickens, Spartanburg, and Oconee counties. Customers have a way of naming their painters in reviews, usually alongside the same few notes: they showed up when promised, stayed friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly.
