Owner Jacob Riggs got his start with a local grading company, learned custom building under a Greenville builder, and earned a construction management degree before going out on his own. Partner Aaron Sallé, on board since 2014, keeps the schedule and the books. They also take work in Taylors, Greer, Simpsonville, and Travelers Rest.
